WHAT WILL MY EFFICIENT REAL ESTATE AGENT DO FOR ME?
This question needs to be answered by me in the first person so that all can clearly understand what level of service
I provide to all clients, customers and referrals from other realtors, from the public or from previous clients.
When the first call to action comes in to me by phone or email, I get down to work. The contact’s name and email or phone number gets entered into my database. My websites have clearly defined privacy policies for people’s protection.
It is important to make sure to listen carefully or check carefully what the contact’s criteria is regarding purchase of property. When this has been established the contact is sent the first property information. After this, in the event the contact has long range plans, contacts are placed in an automatic follow-up system.
My follow-up systems automatically send out new property information, updates regarding pricing or other changes to existing properties. Newsletters and snippets of relevant information
are also part of the follow-up system information that goes out to my list of contacts.
Personal contact is also one of my strategies, however only when contacts ask to be called. No one is badgered by unnecessary phone calls or demands on their time.
